About US
At LinkTeller, we believe finding the right e-bike charger or adapter shouldn’t feel like solving a puzzle.
Like many e-bike riders, I was overwhelmed by the confusing world of adapters, plugs, and connectors. The e-bike industry lacks standardization and clear documentation, making it surprisingly difficult to figure out which charger works with which battery.
Even within the same e-bike brand, different models can use completely different charging connectors. And across dozens of brands, the situation becomes even more confusing.
To make things worse, connector naming is inconsistent and often meaningless. The same connector might be called “3-pin,” “triple prong,” “ST-3,” or something else entirely depending on the seller. Finding the right fit becomes a frustrating guessing game.
If you need a spare charger or adapter, you’re often left digging through endless generic listings on Amazon, hoping you picked the correct one. And while some brands sell replacements directly, they are frequently overpriced, out of stock, or simply not a priority for the company.
I saw countless riders struggling with the same problem across Reddit and online forums — wasting time, money, and energy trying to figure out compatibility.
That’s why I started LinkTeller.
Our goal is simple: make e-bike charging compatibility easier to understand and easier to trust.
Building LinkTeller takes a lot of research, testing, data collection, and trial-and-error. But it’s deeply fulfilling work, and I hope it helps fellow riders spend less time worrying about connectors — and more time enjoying the ride.
Life is short.
We’ve got better things to do than troubleshoot plugs.
